Group Therapy.

Bringing mental health professionals and people in need together in a group setting, allowing participants to broaden their understanding of their mental health concerns while finding support from the clinician and the group members themselves.

My therapy group is my safe place.

You Are Not Alone.

There is strength in numbers. There is safety, too. Group therapy can help to normalize and reduce the stigma around mental health and substance use as members realize that others have similar experiences and struggles. In this safe environment, group therapy builds practical skills to help manage mental health symptoms and equip people with the tools they need to manage substance-use concerns and maintain recovery.

Who Can Benefit From Group Therapy?

We offer group therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. Specialized group therapy options are available for general mental health, depression/anxiety, trauma, substance use, and psychosis. All of these groups help to process feelings, normalize symptoms, and create connections with group members.
