Conflict in our family is nothing new. Family therapy has helped us work through our issues and become stronger together.

Family Therapy provides an opportunity to repair relationships while working through a number of different issues or problems within the family unit. This support can clarify and improve boundaries, improve trust, reduce conflict, and address communication issues, traumatic experiences that may be shared, attachment issues, and more. An outside therapeutic perspective is also effective in helping to increase the skills of family members to cope with stress.
GRAND’s mental health professionals provide a comprehensive, wholistic approach in treating the entire family system. The number of sessions provided depends entirely upon the specific needs of the family and can be provided either via telehealth or in person.
