988 Mobile Response Team.

Responding to 988 callers, at their location 24/7, with a team of mental health professionals when 988 services cannot address the crisis via phone. Our team assess, deescalates, and safety plans the caller in person (providing transportation if necessary).

Saving Lives Across Oklahoma.

When someone calls 988, they are in dire need of help. But sometimes, a phone call simply can’t provide all the support needed. In those cases, GRAND’s 988 Mobile Response Team shows up in person. Available 24/7, 988 can dispatch the Mobile Response Team to provide real-time, direct care at the caller’s location. This face-to-face support (including assessment, de-escalation, care, and transportation to the nearest crisis unit) helps those who may not be a condition to drive and check themselves into a facility while also handling the situation that otherwise may involve law enforcement even though a crime has not been committed.
