Helping Clients Integrate Back Into The Community.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program was specifically designed for individuals with a 2.1 ASAM score and a substance use diagnosis. Ideal for clients who have just stepped down from residential treatment and need a more intensive program as they reintegrate into the community, IOP utilizes group and individual sessions, case management, and medication management to teach individuals how to manage their cravings while living in the community. Clients are encouraged to use the skills learned in treatment and gain feedback both from their treatment team and their peers.
